  • Why do you show multiple items in your pictures? Is theprice for everything in the picture or just one item?

    Due to the nature of some of our products, we like to showcase multiple
    bars/items to show how the item you receive might look. We make everything
    ourselves and sometimes that means that there are slight differences between
    bars of soap, lotion, or wax melts.

  • I see you have an LGBTQ+ collection. Will you do one for***?

    If you don't see a design for a sexuality/gender identity in our collection,
    please feel free to reach out to us! While not all flag designs translate well,
    we want to give you the items you want to see. This does mean that you might
    see a design at one point that vanishes in the future or is reworked.

  • Do you take custom orders?

    Of course! We recommend reaching out to us via email to discuss what you're
    looking for futher, but keep in mind that custom orders can take between one to
    two months to ship. We take pride in our work and some things can't be rushed.

    Minimum order quantities and bulk discounts may apply.

  • What are lotion bars/sticks and how do I use them?

    Lotion bars/sticks are just like regular liquid lotion but they're in a
    solid form! Just rub it on your skin wherever you're wanting lotion and the
    heat from your skin will begin to melt it. Rub it into your skin and go on your
    way! A little goes a long way and our lotion bars/sticks have been known to
    last! These handy little things are perfect for travel - just shove them in
    your bag and go!

    We don't recommend leaving them where they can be exposed to extreme heat, like
    cars, for long periods of time. However, if they do melt, just put them in the
    fridge and wait for them to resolidify before use (about thirty minutes to an
    hour).

  • I have allergies to ***. Are you allergen-friendly?

    We are working to become more allergen friendly in the best ways we can. We
    recommend reading all of our ingredient lists for possible contaminants or
    reaching out to us via email. We do currently use sweet almond oil in two of
    our products for those allergic to tree nuts and are working to find
    alternatives to these. For those with bee allergies, our lotion bars/sticks are
    made with beeswax.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds at this time. If
    you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us via email.

  • I’m not in the US. Do you ship internationally?

    At this point in time, we do not ship internationally.

  • Can I send you ideas for designs or products I’d like to see?

    Of course! Feel free to email us and we’ll see what we can
    do! We want to provide the things that you want to see!
